The present invention relates to an onion processing machine used when processing a large quantity of onions of high irritation. The present invention provides an onion processing machine to reduce labor costs and improve productivity by effectively cutting the top and root of onions regardless of the size of onions while making the machine configuration simple. The onion processing machine of the present invention comprises a machine body a supply conveyor, installed to be biased to the front side of the machine body, and including a belt with onion insertion holes formed at constant intervals a pair of pressurizing conveyors, installed to be supported by the machine body, positioned perpendicularly to the belt above the supply conveyor belt so as to convey the onions on the onion insertion holes formed on the supply conveyor belt, while pressurizing from both sides a lower cutting means, installed in the machine body to be positioned under the pressurizing conveyors at the lower part of the outer end on the discharge side of the supply conveyor an upper cutting means, installed in the machine body to be positioned at the upper part of the pressurizing conveyors on the side of the lower cutting means an upper pressurizing roller group, installed in the machine body to be positioned above the pressurizing conveyors so as to pressurize the belt of the pressurizing conveyors toward onions, and installed from the upper part of the supply conveyor to the front of the upper cutting means a lower pressurizing roller group, installed to be positioned under the pressurizing conveyors so as to pressurize the belt of the pressurizing conveyors toward onions, and installed from the rear of the lower cutting means to the end of the discharge side of the pressurizing conveyors and a driving means, installed on the back side of the machine body so as to drive a shaft of the supply conveyor and the input shaft projected in a gearbox combined with the pressurizing conveyors.COPYRIG
