PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing tape which can be easily unsealed when unsealing and which is excellent in securing by an adhesive layer when discarding a used absorbent article.SOLUTION: The sealing tape 4 has the third adhesive layer 6a for wrapping the same by a wrapping sheet 3 and fixing the same when discarding the used absorbent article, a pinching part 7 for unsealing standing from the outer face of the wrapping sheet 3 to the outside is formed by folding a center part, a pinching part 8 for discarding is formed continuously to the distal end side of the sealing tape 4 from the pinching part 7 for unsealing, the inner face of one of folded parts of the pinching part 7 for unsealing is the third adhesive layer 6a, the inner face of the other is peelably adhered to the third adhesive layer 6a. It becomes possible to unseal by pulling up the sealing tape 4 by pinching the pinching part 7 for unsealing when unsealing the individually packaged absorbent article 1, and it becomes possible to expose the adhesive layer 6a by pulling up the pinching part 8 for discarding to the distal end side by pinching the same when discarding the used adsorbent article.
