PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive sheet for a bed which can improve liquid diffusibilty in a direction parallel with a sheet face by preventing the diffusion of the absorption in the width direction without changing a material of an absorption body.SOLUTION: The absorptive sheet for the bed has a liquid permeable surface sheet, a liquid non-permeable surface sheet, and the absorption body interposed between the sheets, and also has a normal-pressure absorption amount per 1 cmnot smaller than 0.2 cc. The absorption body has a thickness-expansion preventing processing part which suppresses liquid passing through the surface sheet to 7 mm or smaller in the expansion of the width direction when absorbed by 30 cc. The expansion of the thickness is suppressed by improving the liquid diffusion in a direction parallel with the absorptive sheet for the bed by embossing processing. The expansion of the absorption body is prevented by adhesion. The adhesion is performed by hot melting or the embossing processing.
