Disclosed are methods, kits and compositions pertaining to controllably delivering an agent to a cell. In various aspects and embodiments the present technology may involve a composition that includes an agent and a targeting moiety wherein the targeting moiety is configured to switch from an inactive configuration to an active configuration responsive to an external stimulus. In some embodiments, the targeting moiety in the active, but not inactive, configuration allows for delivery of the agent to the cell.La présente invention concerne des procédés, des kits et des compositions permettant de délivrer de façon contrôlée un agent à une cellule.
