The present invention relates to methods of use of RNAi agents, e.g., double stranded RNAi agents, targeting a Factor XII (Hageman Factor (F12) gene, for treating subjects having a contact activation pathway-associated disease, such as a thrombophilia or hereditary angioedema (HAE), methods for preventing at least one symptom in a subject having a contact activation pathway-associated disease, such as a thrombus formation or an angioedema attack, and RNAi agents targeting an F12 gene, for use in the methods of the invention.La présente invention concerne des procédés d'utilisation d'agents à base d'ARNi, par exemple <；i />； des agents ARNi à double brin, ciblant un gène du facteur XII (facteur Hageman (F12)), dans le traitement de sujets souffrant d'une maladie associée à la voie d'activation de contact, telle qu'une thrombophilie ou un angio-œdème héréditaire (AOH), des procédés de prévention d'au moins un symptôme chez un sujet ayant une maladie associée à la voie d'activation de contact, telle qu'une formation de thrombus ou une crise d'angio-œdème, et des agents à base d'ARNi ciblant un gène F12, destinés à être utilisés dans les procédés de l'invention.
