The invention relates to bicyclic heterocycles of general formula (I), to the tautomers, stereoisomers, mixtures and salts thereof, especially the physiologically compatible salts with inorganic or organic acids, said compounds having valuable pharmacological properties, especially an inhibiting action on the signal transduction induced by tyrosine kinases. The invention also relates to the use of said compounds for treating diseases, especially tumour diseases, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and diseases of the lungs and respiratory tract, and to the production of said compounds.
