PURPOSE:To obtain the titled film having excellent haze-preventive effect and antifogging effect and most suitable especially for agricultural coating material, by using a fluorine-containing compound expressed by specific formulas as a component. CONSTITUTION:The objective film contains (A) a fluorine-containing compound of formula I or II (Rf is 3-21C fluorine-containing aliphatic group; R is H or 1-3C aliphatic group; X is I, Br, Cl or OH; Y is sulfonic acid ester or sulfuric acid ester; a is 1-4; b is 2-3; c is 2-100) and (B) preferably an antifogging agent (preferably a nonionic surfactant). The amounts of the components A and B are preferably 0.03-3.0pts.wt. and 1.0-5.0pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of synthetic resin, respectively.
