The present invention relates to an ice cream extrusion apparatus, and more specifically, to an ice cream extrusion apparatus comprising: a container receiving ice cream therein and having an extrusion hole formed on a central part of closed one end a head moved towards the one end direction from opened the other end of the container and pressing the ice cream and an elevation unit elevating the head.
