PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which is fitted to a head for stably and continuously cool down a forehead where the highest cooling effect is obtained at the time of fever due to worsened body condition.SOLUTION: A headgear-type ice bag includes an ice bag storage 3 in which an ice bag 1 having ice therein is stored is provided on a headgear 2. Even when a head is moved by turning over of body on a bed or the like, the ice bag 1 does not fall off the head and can cool down a forehead stably and continuously. Also, when a cooling effect of the ice bag is lowered, the cooling effect can be continuously maintained by replacing the ice in the ice bag 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】体調の悪化による発熱時等に、冷却による効果が最も高いおでこ部分を安定的且つ継続的に冷却するための頭部に装着する器具を提供する。【解決手段】氷を入れた氷嚢１を収納できる氷嚢収納部３を、ヘッドギア２に設けたヘッドギア式氷嚢である。寝返り等によって頭部を動かしても、氷嚢１が頭部から脱落することが無く、おでこ部分を安定的且つ継続的に冷却できる。また、氷嚢の冷却効果が低下した場合には、氷嚢１の氷を入れ替える事で、継続的に冷却効果を維持する事が出来る。【選択図】図２
