The present invention relates to an eco-friendly buoy including buoy-molded bodies embedded with an air pressure adjusting type air tube, and a manufacturing method of the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an eco-friendly buoy including buoy-molded bodies embedded with an air pressure adjusting type air tube, the eco-friendly buoy which clearly provides a body portion and binding groove portions by grooving a reinforcement member in a mold, and which is molded by forming the buoy-molded bodies occupying a half of the buoy, and inserting an air tube into an inner part of the eco-friendly buoy having the buoy-molded bodies coupled to both sides thereof such that buoyancy is adjusted by supply of air； and a manufacturing method of the eco-friendly buoy. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly buoy includes: the air tube (60) which has an air injection port (61) formed in a portion thereof, and in which air is filled； the buoy-molded bodies (50) on which the binding groove portions (52) are formed, and at one side front end of which a cylindrical portion (51) is formed to be welded to a side surface member (53) by a side surface welding portion (54)； the reinforcement member (30) which is positioned at inner diameters of the binding groove portions (52) and the cylindrical portion (51), and in which a groove guiding part (33) is formed at one side of a circular main body； the eco-friendly buoy (70) which covers both sides of the air tube (60) with a pair of the buoy-molded bodies (50), and in which a central welding portion (71) is welded with the cylindrical portion (51) in an overlapped portion of the cylindrical portion (51) and the central welding portion (71)； and a sealing member (68) which fixes the air injection port (61) after the air injection port (61) is filled with air to adjust buoyancy.본 발명은 공기압 조절형 에어 튜브를 내장한 부표 성형체로 이루어진 친환경 부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 금형에서 보강부재를 홈하여 몸통 부분과 결속홈부를 명확하게 제공하며 부표의 절반을 차지하는 부표 성형체를 성형한 후
