The present invention discloses a cartridge for a drug packaging apparatus. According to the present invention, a discharge port of a cartridge case automatically regulates the rotation of a drum which opens and closes the discharge port of the cartridge case depending on connection between the cartridge case and a cartridge base. The cartridge includes the cartridge case that has the open discharge port on a lower side so that drug accommodated therein can be discharged, an upwardly convex protruding portion being formed to protrude in each section of a bottom surface inside； the drum that is disposed in the cartridge case with a plurality of cells being formed to be concave so as to selectively open and close the discharge port, upwardly concave groove portions being repeatedly formed in a lower surface in contact with the bottom surface of the cartridge case； the cartridge base on which the cartridge case is mounted； and driving means that is connected to the drum and rotates the drum, in which the drum rises away from the bottom surface inside the cartridge case when connected to the driving means.본 발명은 카트리지 케이스의 배출구가 카트리지 케이스와 카트리지 베이스의 연결여부에 따라 카트리지 케이스의 배출구를 개폐하는 드럼의 회전을 자동으로 단속하는 약제 포장 장치용 카트리지가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 카트리지는 내부에 수용된 약제가 배출되도록 하측에 개방된 배출구를 형성하고, 내측 바닥면에는 상부로 볼록한 돌기부가 구간별로 돌출 형성된 카트리지 케이스와, 상기 배출구를 선택적으로 개폐하도록 복수의 셀이 요입 형성되어 상기 카트리지 케이스 내부에 설치되고, 상기 카트리지 케이스의 바닥면과 접하는 저면에는 상방으로 요입된 홈부가 반복해서 형성되는 드럼과, 상기 카트리지 케이스가 탑재되는 카트리지 베이스와, 상기 드럼과 연결되어 드럼을 회전시키는 구동수단을 포함하되, 상기 드럼은, 상기 구동수단과 연결 시, 상기 카트리지 케이스의 내측 바닥면과 이격되게 상승한다
