The present application relates to novel substituted dihydropyrazolonederivatives of the formula(see formula I)in which X represents N or CH, R1 represents hydrogen or cyano, R2 representsa saturated 4- to 7-membered heterocyclyl radical which is attached via anitrogen atom,where the heterocyclyl radical may be substituted by a substituent, where thesubstituent isselected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, hydroxycarbonyl, C1-C3-alkyl,C1-C3-alkylamino and C3-C6-cycloalkyl, or where the heterocyclyl radical may besubstituted by 1 to4 fluorine substituents, or a salt, solvate or solvate of the salt. Thepresent application alsorelates to methods for the preparation thereof, to the use thereof for thetreatment and/orprophylaxis of diseases and to the use thereof for the production of medicinesfor thetreatment and/or prophylaxis of diseases, in particular cardiovascular andhematologicaldiseases, kidney diseases, and for the promotion of wound healing.
