PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel composition with high content of ubiquinol in a stable state.SOLUTION: The gel composition contains 1 to 5 wt.% of ubiquinol, 5 to 12 wt.% of gelatin, 60 to 76 wt.% of saccharide and/or water-soluble dietary fiber, and 13 to 18 wt.% of water, with ubiquinol stabilized in a dispersed state in the gel. The gel composition includes a gumi candy which contains the gel composition further containing an organic acid and a fragrance material, with a design to have a weight of 1.0 to 4.0 g per piece. The gel composition may contain none of either of an emulsifier and a fat. After the gel composition is left standing in the air at 37°C for 7 days, the weight ratio of ubiquinol/ubiquinone becomes 99/1 or more.
