PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform oil based skin-cleansing agent formulated with a specific third component for simultaneous formulation of an alcohol component used in water based skin-cleansing agent and a hydrocarbon oil used in oil based skin-cleansing agent.SOLUTION: The oil based skin-cleansing agent is formulated with (a) 3-30% of a 2-3C mono valent lower alcohol, (b) 20-80% of a hydrocarbon oil which is liquid at 25°C, (c) an oily medicine compatible with the component (a) and (d) a nonionic surfactant having a polyoxyethylene chain and 5-16 of HLB.
