PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an pressurized/depressurized capsule apparatus which is compact, of which housing is installable vertically or laterally in accordance with uses, and of which exercise assisting facility and bed facility inside are commonly usable either vertically or laterally.SOLUTION: A high air pressure capsule apparatus 1 includes the housing 10, first support means 20 to install the housing 10 vertically, second support means 30a and 30b to install the housing 10 laterally, the exercise assisting facility 40, an LED illumination device 80, and a pressure generating device 90. The housing 10 is in a closed pressure-resistant structure, including a pressure chamber inside. The exercise assisting facility 40 includes a first exercise assisting implement 40a for a user to hang down for exercise as the housing 10 is installed vertically, and a second exercise assisting implement 40b for a user to train the muscles of legs or arms.
