PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling decorative sheet for thermal transfer that is capable of sufficiently providing cooling effect.SOLUTION: A cooling decorative sheet 10 for thermal transfer that is adhered to a material to be transferred by thermal transfer includes: a sheet-like base sheet 1； a mold release layer 2 provided on the base sheet 1 that contains mold release resin； a pattern layer 4 provided on the mold release layer 2 that contains color agent； a cooling layer 6 provided on the pattern layer 4 that contains metal filler； and an adhesive layer 7 provided on the cooling layer 6 that contains adhesive resin for adhesion onto the material to be transferred.
