Disclosed is a combined rigid ureteroscope which comprises a rigid ureteroscope body and a tubular sheath outwardly fitted on a tubular part of the ureteroscope body. A starting end of the sheath is closely engaged with the tubular part of the ureteroscope body. A locking mechanism is provided at a rear end of the sheath. A locking part is provided between the tubular part of the ureteroscope body and an operation part of the ureteroscope body. The locking mechanism is cooperated with the locking part to lock or unlock the rigid ureteroscope body and the tubular sheath. In operations of examining, diagnosing and treating the ureter and the kidney by employing this invention, it saves operation procedures, shortens operation time, improves operation safety, avoids problems of difficult operation and easy damage of the flexible ureteroscope, and realizes safety, effectiveness and low cost in the clinical treatment.本発明の組合せ式硬性尿管鏡は、硬性尿管鏡の本体（１）及び本体の管状部（１１）の外に環設されている管状の鞘部（２）を含む。鞘部（２）の始端と本体の管状部（１１）の間は密接されており、鞘部（２）の後端にはロック部（３）が設けられ、本体の管状部（１１）と操作部（１２）の間にはロック機構（１３）が設けられている。ロック部（３）とロック機構（１３）の係合により、本体（１）と鞘部（２）との施錠または解錠を行う。この組合せ式硬性尿管鏡を使って尿管と腎臓の検査、診断及び治療のための手術を行う場合、尿管鏡の本体（１）と鞘部（２）の間にあるロック部を緩めることで、硬性尿管鏡の本体（１）と鞘部（２）を分離し、鞘部（２）を尿管に残したまま、何回も繰り返して砕石の取り出し操作を行い、または本体（１）を単独に尿管に挿抜でき、又は軟性尿管鏡の手術通路として使えるため、手術時間を短縮し、手術の安全性を高め、軟性尿管鏡の操作が難しい問題及び容易に損耗される問題を避けることができる。
