A combined rigid ureteroscope comprises a rigid ureteroscope body (1) and a tubular sheath (2) fitted on a tubular part (11) of the ureteroscope body. A starting end of the sheath (2) is tightly attached to the tubular part (11) of the ureteroscope body, and a locking mechanism (3) is disposed at a rear end of the sheath (2). A locking part (13) is disposed between the tubular part (11) of the ureteroscope body and an operation part (12). The locking mechanism (3) matches with the locking part (13) so as to lock or loosen the rigid ureteroscope body (1) and the tubular sheath (2). By adopting the combined rigid ureteroscope during operations for examination, diagnosis and treatment of ureter and kidney, the locking mechanism between the ureteroscope body (1) and the sheath (2) can be loosened, the rigid ureteroscope body (1) and the sheath (2) can be separated, and the sheath (2) is left in the ureter and utilized as a channel through which crushed stones can be repeatedly taken out for multiple times or the ureteroscope body (1) separately gets in and out of the ureter as well as an operation channel of a flexible ureteroscope, thereby saving the operation procedures, shortening the operation time and avoiding the problems of difficult operation and easy damage of the flexible ureteroscope.La présente invention concerne un urétéroscope rigide combiné qui comprend un corps d'urétéroscope rigide (1) et une gaine tubulaire (2) ajustée sur une partie tubulaire (11) du corps d'urétéroscope.
