A tissue engineering nerve graft for repairing a peripheral nerve defect comprises a nerve conduit and a cell matrix, wherein the cell matrix is obtained by decellularizing after autologous or allogeneic cells are secreted and formed. A preparation method of the tissue engineering nerve graft comprises constructing a tissue engineering nerve graft containing supporting cells and constructing a cell matrix modified tissue engineering nerve graft.
