A foodstuff sieve station (1) comprising an upper hopper (5) to pour floury foodstuff preparation to be sifted and an electrically-operated sifting assembly (6) arranged beneath the hopper (5) to receive the floury foodstuff preparation and structured to sift it for separating the dough balls and/or other impurities from the still-usable floury foodstuff preparation and convey them into two distinct containers (8, 9)； the electrically-operated sifting assembly (6) comprising: a substantially hopper-shaped, outer casing (15) having an upper inlet mouth (16) located at least partially underneath an outlet mouth (7) of the hopper (5)； a substantially bell-shaped, rotatable sieve member (18) housed/recessed inside the outer casing (15), having an axis (A) tilted with respect to the vertical and having an upward mouth underneath the outlet mouth (7) of the upper hopper (5) to receive the to-be-sifted foodstuff preparation coming out from said hopper (5)； and an electric motor assembly (20) to drive into rotation the sieve member (18) about said axis (A)； the sieve member (18) being structured/designed to prevent the foodstuff preparation having a grain size higher that a given threshold value to freely flow through its body, and being internally provided with at least one inwardly protruding assembly (16) that projects from the inner surface of the sieve member (18) and extends according to a substantially helical-shaped path substantially from the bottom of the sieve member (18) to the mouth of the sieve member (18).
