PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for estimating floor reaction force, capable of being compatible to many people having foots in different sizes, providing comfortable feeling in wearing, and achieving a walking action equivalent to a case where a person wears a normal footwear without a sensor, and to provide a method for estimating a floor reaction force.
SOLUTION: This system for estimating floor reaction force is configured of a footwear type floor reaction force measurement device having a flexible sole and an analysis device for analyzing an output of the floor reaction force measurement device. Each of the system and the method is adapted to estimate a floor reaction force according to an output of a force sensor provided in the footwear type floor reaction force measurement device.
