Disclosed is a novel self-adhesive elastic bandage that can be used for the treatment and prevention of venous diseases. The present invention relates to a novel self-adhesive compression bandage that can be used in particular for the treatment and prevention of venous disease and lymphedema. The bandage is manufactured by laminating two self-adhesive nonwoven fabrics mainly composed of crimped conjugate short fibers. The fiber is preferably composed of polyester. The bandage may further have an additional layer.
