Disclosed is a novel elastic bandage that can be used particularly for the treatment and prevention of venous diseases. The present invention relates to a novel compression bandage formed by laminating a nonwoven fabric mainly composed of crimped conjugate short fibers and an inelastic material. The invention also relates to the use of the bandage in a two-layer compression system, in particular for the prevention and treatment of venous diseases.
