Between the spherical discs on the axis at regular intervals flat discs are mounted, the outer contour of which is made multifaceted and sharpened bilaterally. The number of the flat discs is odd. The central disc is arranged on the line of the longitudinal symmetry axis of the wheel. The vertices of flat disks form a helical line, the beginning of which coincides with the longitudinal symmetry axis of the wheel 3 and is directed from the longitudinal symmetry axis of the wheel 3 to the spherical discs.
