PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device and a puncture system capable of reducing pain at the time of puncture.SOLUTION: A puncture device 10 comprises: a housing 44 to which a casing 18 is detachably attached and a shock generation mechanism 100 which generates shock accompanied by a load in a tip direction by making a needle tip 16a of a needle body 20 collide with a part of the housing 44 before projecting from a tip opening 18a of the casing 18 when a puncture needle 16 performs puncture operation.
