The present invention relates to an apparatus for pulling out roots of lawn and weeds, cutting stems, and performing aeration, to remove weeds partially occurring in the lawn and aerate the lawn. More specifically, the apparatus comprises: a pulling unit which has a plurality of harpoon type hooks having one or more barbs in an end, and vertically arranged in the lower part of a specific support body a vertical operation unit (20) vertically reciprocating the pulling unit and a transfer unit having a frame receiving the pulling unit and the vertical operating unit (20), and two or more moving wheels.
