The present invention relates to a device of extracting a tooth and, more specifically, to a periotome including a buffering device, provided for surgical extraction of a tooth and configured to extract a tooth by easily separating the tooth from periodontal ligaments even when it is difficult to secure a clear view and have a tooth extraction device approaching during a surgery. The peritome including a buffering device, configured to extract a tooth by separating a tooth from periodontal ligaments, comprises: an operation unit (10)； a cover unit (20)； and a head unit (30). The operation unit (10) includes: a handle part (11)； and an operation rod (12). The cover unit (20) includes: a hollow body (21) configured to receive parts of the operation rod (12) and a cutting part (31)； an operation unit fixing cap (22)； and a head unit fixing ring (23).
