The present invention relates to a body heat monitoring system using a dual camera, continuously acquiring a body heat image and a face image of a person with respect to a pace or time while acquiring the body heat image and the face image with a body heat monitoring device including both of a thermal image camera and a visible light camera, so as to monitor a series of body heats and manage a body heat history. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a plurality of body heat monitoring devices installed in a passing desk to measure a body heat of a person wanting to pass the passing desk and to acquire a face image of the person and a remote server receiving the body heat and the face image of the person from the body heat monitoring device to identify the person, and record the received body heat and face image by each identified person. The body heat monitoring device includes the visible light camera to capture a visible light band and the thermal image camera to capture the thermal image by a heat detection sensor, and thereby capturing the face of the person with the visible light camera to acquire the face image and detecting the body heat of the person from the thermal image captured by the thermal image camera. The remove server monitors the body heat of each identified person and generates an alarm when a time series of body heats correspond to a preset alarm condition.
