An angle of repose of crystalline particles of the glyphosate active combination of the present invention is measured by using an injection method, and the angle of repose θ ≤ 30 degrees, so that requirements for production of various soluable solid dosage forms of glyphosate are desirably met. A preparation method of the present invention comprises steps of synthesizing glyphosate, isolating activated carbon, cooling the crystal to obtain glyphosate, and the like. The isolating activated carbon is: adding, to a glyphosate salt solution, a glyphosate-activated carbon mixture obtained in the step of synthesizing glyphosate, heating the solution to dissolve the mixture, and filtering the solution while the solution is hot to isolate activated carbon, where the glyphosate salt solution is 5% to 35%.
