FIELD: medicine, sport.SUBSTANCE: evaluation of the action endurance of a sportsman is performed on a playground with dynamic lighting. A light emitter forms a spot of the preset diameter, the center of which continuously chases the tested sportsman during a test period with a set speed and response rate. Whereupon, during the test, the tested sportsman is allowed to get in the area of the light spot repeatedly for the purpose of recovery, and to escape it, then, to reach the distance ensuring movement beyond the light spot. At each leave beyond the light spot, a computer each time calculates a value of staying off the spot by the tested sportsman and summarizes these values for the entire test period. According to the maximum amount, size, and speed of the restricted areas and the minimum response rate, maximum diameter, and maximum speed of the light spot movement, at which the tested sportsman is able to escape the light spot area, as well as according to summarized time of staying beyond the light spot by the tested sportsman, the evaluation of the action endurance within the set test period is performed. The method allows increasing the efficiency of evaluation of the action endurance of a sportsman considering peculiarities of neuromuscular regulation and energy potential of a body during various types of motor performance.EFFECT: invention refers to the evaluation method of the action endurance of a sportsman in team sports and may be used in medical, psychological, physiological, or sports science.Изобретение относится к способу оценки игровой выносливости человека в игровых видах спорта и может быть использовано в медицинской, психологической, физиологической или спортивной науке.
