The invention is in relation to a composite, which enhances normalization of tear secretion, and is made of selections from natural foods as eels, soybeans, oats, corn, champignons and sesames. Moreover, through above-mentioned natural foods, there are contents of vitamins, including vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, niacin and biotin as well as minerals of phosphorus, calcium and manganese etc., they are able to improve the neurogenic inflammation reactions.
