PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogen water for fatigue recovery with hydrogen as an active ingredient having an anti-fatigue effect such as improvements in the autonomic nerve function and the motivation to work, and a fatigue recovery method.SOLUTION: Hydrogen water which is put into a vessel from which hydrogen cannot easily be released is high concentration hydrogen water with a dissolved hydrogen concentration on the day of putting same in the vessel of 0.8 ppm or more and the concentration is maintained at 0.8 ppm or more after 120 days. The vessel which stores the hydrogen water with a dissolved concentration of 0.8 ppm on the day the same is put in the vessel in an aluminum region of a storage part thereof, is a vessel which maintains the concentration of the hydrogen water at 0.8 ppm or more after 120 days of being put in the vessel and the hydrogen in the hydrogen water cannot easily be released from the storage part of the vessel.
