PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling instrument capable of continuously obtaining an excellent cold feeling, suppressing a sticky feeling, and keeping a cooling effect of a cold insulator for a long period of time.SOLUTION: For a cooling instrument 1, a pocket part 3 for freely removably housing a cold insulator 7 is formed on a cloth body part 2 with a water absorbing member 6 enclosed between a back surface cloth 4 and a front surface cloth 5. The pocket part 3 is formed by piling up a cloth 8 for the pocket part on the side of the front surface cloth 5 of the body part 2, the cloth 8 for the pocket part is composed of mixed fibers of synthetic fibers and natural fibers, and a mixing rate of the natural fibers is 50 to 80 mass%.【課題】 良好な冷感を持続的に得ることができるとともに、べたつき感を抑え、さらには、保冷剤の冷却効果を長時間持続させることができる冷却具を得る。【解決手段】 布製の裏面生地４と表面生地５との間に吸水性部材６が封入された本体部２に、保冷剤７を挿脱自在に収容するポケット部３を形成した冷却具１であって、ポケット部３は、本体部２の表面生地５側にポケット部用生地８を重ね合わせて形成され、ポケット部用生地８は、合成繊維と天然繊維との混紡繊維からなり、天然繊維の混率を５０～８０質量％とした。【選択図】 図１
