The present invention relates to a mask pack which is made of a seaweed nonwoven fabric containing microcapsules in which an active ingredient containing vitamins and organic germanium is contained in a hydrophilic polymer, wherein the seaweed nonwoven fabric comprises seaweed fiber composed of a fiber extracted from seaweeds or seaweed mixed fabric which is mixed with at least one fiber selected from the seaweed fabric, a natural fiber, and a synthetic fiber.
