PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paracentesis device and a paracentesis needle capable of realizing accurate paracentesis when a living tissue is subjected to the paracentesis.SOLUTION: A paracentesis device 1 comprises a paracentesis needle which has a bow-shaped curve and punctures a living tissue by its rotation, a paracentesis member 3E which is connected to the paracentesis needle and comprises a rotational shaft to be rotational center of the paracentesis needle, and a supporting part 17 which rotatably supports the paracentesis member 3E on the rotational shaft and movably supports the paracentesis member 3E in a direction orthogonal to the rotational shaft.
