Provided is a universal CAR-T cell expressing specific CAR and not expressing TCR. Also provided is a preparation method for the universal CAR-T cell, the method comprising the following steps: 1) introducing sgRNA molecules and Cas9 molecules into a T-cell and 2) introducing CAR molecules into the T-cell step 2) can be performed before, after, or at the same time as step 1) and the sgRNA molecules comprise a targeting structure domain complementary to a target region of an a chain or β chain constant coding region (i.e. TRAC or TRBC) gene from a TCR.Linvention concerne une cellule CAR-T universelle exprimant un CAR spécifique et nexprimant pas de TCR.
