PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing a gel formation for a hydrophobic peptide, and to provide a fluid, milky microcrystalline aqueous suspension of the hydrophobic peptide and a counter ion in water.SOLUTION: A method for preventing a gel formation for a hydrophobic peptide is characterized by contacting a hydrophobic peptide with a counter ion in an amount and at a molar ratio sufficient to produce a fluid, milky microcrystalline aqueous suspension of the peptide without formation of a gel. Furthermore, this fluid, milky microcrystalline aqueous suspension of the hydrophobic peptide and the counter ion in water, is characterized in that the peptide and the counter ion are present in an amount and at a molar ratio sufficient to form a suspension on mixing without formation of a gel.【課題】疎水性ペプチドのゲル形成を回避する方法および水中の疎水性ペプチドと対イオンとの流体の乳白色微晶質の水性懸濁液を提供する。【解決手段】本発明による疎水性ペプチドのゲル形成を回避する方法は、ゲルを形成することなく、ペプチドの流体の乳白色微晶質の水性懸濁液を生じさせるのに十分な量及びモル比で、疎水性ペプチドと対イオンとを接触させることを特徴とする。更に本発明による水中の疎水性ペプチドと対イオンとの流体の乳白色微晶質の水性懸濁液は、ペプチド及び対イオンが、混合の際にゲルを形成することなく懸濁液を形成するのに十分な量及びモル比で存在することを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
