The present invention relates to a system for installing an offshore wind power generator for generating power. The invention is to install a wind power generator at shore and to convert wind into energy sources. The invention is a technology which combines a bio-energy technology with a fish shelter so that the invention comprises a power generation function as well as a fish shelter function. The invention relates to the technology to generate power from the wind power generator and to have a function as the fish shelter by installing the fish shelter with the wind power generator. The wind power generator is operated with more various functions as the fish shelter so the invention is an advanced concept and technology to easily install the wind power generator comparing to an existing installation method. The system is to install the wind power generator with a simple structure and short construciton period at low cost and the wind power generator is easily maintained.
