METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A FERMANTATION PRODUCTION FOR A FEEDS PROTEIN OR A LIQUID FERTILIZER USING WASTE MILK SLUSH AND A FEEDS PROTEIN OR A LIQUID FERTILIZER MANUFACTURED THEREBY
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a fermentation product for a feed protein or a liquid fertilizer, a feed protein comprising the fermentation product manufactured thereby, or a liquid fertilizer manufactured by mixing water with the fermentation product manufactured thereby wherein the invention comprises the steps of: (a) collecting and dewatering waste milk slush； (b) placing the dewatered waste milk slush in a fermenter and adding and mixing, based on 100 parts by weight of waste milk slush, 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of EM microorganisms or 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of lactic acid bacteria； and (c) fermenting by stirring the mixture in the fermenter.본 발명은 (a) 폐 우유 슬러시를 수집하여 탈수하는 단계； (b) 탈수된 폐 우유 슬러시를 발효조에 넣고, 폐 우유 슬러시 100중량부를 기준으로 EM 미생물 또는 유산균 0.1 ~ 20중량부를 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계； 및 (c) 상기 발효조 내의 혼합물을 교반하면서 발효시키는 단계；를 포함하는 사료 단백질용 또는 액상 비료용 발효물의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제조된 발효물을 포함하는 사료 단백질 또는 그 방법에 의해 제조된 발효물에 물을 혼합하여 제조되는 액상 비료를 제공한다.
