A versatile one-piece lumbo-sacral orthosis, wherein aplurality of vertical hole are made to its posterior and lateralsections to achieve a concave shape, in order to trigger thephysiological flight/fight response of the body to cause thelumbosacral region of the spine to adopt and maintain a necessaryconcave curvature to positively affect the overall posture andhealing ability of the body, and to which one or a plurality ofdifferent forms of fixture may be fixed at different locations onthe orthosis to hold object(s) and/or to fasten shoulder straps,a shoulder vest, and/or a back pack.
