PURPOSE: A handrail vegetation system is provided to remove indoor harmful materials and maintain indoor humidity, thereby creating a desirable indoor environment. CONSTITUTION: A handrail vegetation system is composed as follows. One side of a vegetation container(20) is coupled with a coupler(30) to the inner or outer side of a horizontal member(11) of a handrail(10). A water tank(40) having a water supply hole(42) and a drain hole(41) is provided on a side of the handrail. A water supply pipe(50) and a drain pip(60) are provided to be communicated with the water supply hole and the drain hole. The water supply pipe, in which a plurality o water supply branch pipes(51) are provided, is connected to a circulating pump(70) provided in the water tank.
