The present invention relates to a composition for regenerating cartilage, containing embryonic cartilaginous tissue-derived cells and embryonic cartilaginous tissue-derived extracellular matrix, and a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the composition for regenerating cartilage enables production of three-dimensional tissues having adequate size to be used as cartilage without artificial supports, can be easily transplanted regardless of shapes and size of lost cartilage on an affected area since the composition can be injected in a gel form and has high applicability and attachability. In addition, the composition shows outstanding effects of regenerating cartilage by having phenotype of mature cartilaginous tissues and high affinity with host tissues.본 발명은 태아연골조직 유래 세포 및 태아연골조직 유래 세포외기질을 포함하는 연골 재생용 조성물, 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 연골 재생용 조성물은 인공 지지체 없이 연골로 사용에 적합한 크기의 3차원 조직을 제작할 수 있으며, 조성물이 젤 형태로 투여 가능하면서도 높은 도포성과 부착성을 가지고 있기 때문에 투여 부위의 연골결손의 크기 및 모양에 관계없이 쉽게 이식이 가능하며, 숙주조직과의 높은 결합능을 보이면서 성숙한 연골조직의 표현형을 가짐으로써 연골재생 효능이 뛰어난 효과를 보인다.
