The present invention belongs to the technical field of ultrasoundtherapy, and relates to a swing type high-intensity focused ultrasoundtherapeutic apparatus and an MRI guided high-intensity focusedultrasound therapeutic system having such a swing type apparatus. Theswing type high-intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic apparatuscomprises an ultrasound transducer and a moving-locating mechanismthereof, wherein said moving-locating mechanism adopts a swingmechanism which is connected to the ultrasound transducer by asupporting rod. The MRI guided therapeutic system comprises this swingtype therapeutic apparatus. In the present invention, the ultrasoundtransducer moves freely in multiple dimensions and the moving-locatingmechanism adopts a swing mechanism, so the interference generated bythe MRI guided high-intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic system onthe MRI apparatus is quite small and thereby the quality of theultrasound image obtained is good.
