The present invention relates to a disk-type magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based radiotherapy system having a structure in which a space on a disk type magnetic field generating appliance for the MRI is utilized to prevent the interference with a radiation generating appliance for linear accelerator (LINAC) treatment, so that the high freedom degree of the LINAC can be ensured； the high dose rate can be maintained； an additional cooling system is not required； and the problem related to MRI arrangement can be solved. The MRI-based radiotherapy system includes a magnetic field controlling structure installed in a hole to control a magnetic field outside the disk-type magnetic field generating appliance.본 발명은 자기공명영상(MRI)을 위한 디스크형 자기장 발생 기구 위의 공간 활용으로 LINAC(Linear Accelerator) 치료를 위한 방사선 발생 기구와의 간섭을 배제하여 LINAC의 높은 자유도를 확보하며, 높은 도즈(dose) 레이트(rate)를 유지할 수 있고 별도의 추가 냉각시스템이 필요없으며 MRI 정렬 문제도 해결할 수 있는 구조의 디스크형 MRI 기반 방사선 치료기 시스템에 관한 것이다.
