An intrapulmonary marker for use in marking the position of a pulmonary lesion. The intrapulmonary marker comprises a self-expanding structure capable of self-expanding when released from a compressing apparatus so as to implement marking. Because the intrapulmonary marker employs the self-expanding structure, when the position of a lesion is discovered during a pulmonary examination, the marker can be delivered to the position of the lesion via a catheter or a delivering apparatus and substantively pressed and fixed by the lung when expanded at the lesion position as such, the lesion position can be located quickly by a physician during a surgery, the surgery time is reduced, the extent of resection is reduced, and the post-surgery quality of life is increased for a patient.Linvention concerne un marqueur intrapulmonaire destiné à être utilisé pour marquer la position dune lésion pulmonaire.
