The present invention relates to an activity increase of stem cell bioactivity using fucoidan and a stem cell therapeutic supplementary agent comprising the same. According to the present invention, a composition for inhibiting aging of stem cells, promoting growth of stem cells or inducing differentiation of stem cells and a method using the same can be helpfully used as a novel stem cell therapeutic supplementary agent by effectively improving problems of supply and demand of stem cells, a transfer to a target organ, low viability in tissues, etc which are drawbacks in an conventional stem cell therapy.본 발명은 후코이단을 이용한 줄기세포 생물작용 활성 증가, 및 이를 포함하는 줄기세포 치료 보조제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 후코이단을 포함하는 줄기세포의 노화 억제, 증식 촉진 또는 분화 유도용 조성물, 및 이를 이용한 방법을 통해서 종래 줄기세포 치료의 단점으로 지적되었던 줄기세포의 수급 문제, 표적 장기로의 이동 문제, 조직 내에서의 생존율이 낮은 문제점들을 효과적으로 개선하여 새로운 줄기세포 치료 보조제로써 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
