PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oral pharmaceutical composition comprising levocetirizine which has excellent immediate-release characteristics and stability of levocetirizine as an active ingredient and can be formulated into a form such as a tablet, an oral disintegrable tablet, a capsule agent, a dry syrup preparation and a granule.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid pharmaceutical composition containing active granules, which comprises (1) 0.50 to 25.00 mg of levocetirizine dihydrochloride, (2) a polyol fraction containing one or more solid water-soluble polyols having a molecular weight of less than 950 g/mol in which the molar ratio between the polyol fraction and the levocetirizine dihydrochloride is 50 or more and (3) a buffering agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】有効成分であるレボセチリジンの即時放出性と安定性に優れ、錠剤、経口崩壊錠剤、カプセル剤、ドライシロップ剤、顆粒剤等の形態に製剤可能なレボセチリジン含有固形経口医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】（１）０．５０～２５．００ｍｇのレボセチリジン二塩酸塩；（２）９５０ｇ／ｍｏｌ未満の分子量を有する１種又は複数の固形水溶性ポリオールを含むポリオール画分であって、前記ポリオール画分とレボセチリジン二塩酸塩とのモル比が５０より高い前記ポリオール画分；及び（３）緩衝剤、を含む活性顆粒を含有する固形医薬組成物。【選択図】なし
