PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe capable of precisely controlling a fluid suction flow rate or discharge flow rate and suppressing undesired fluid suction or discharge.SOLUTION: A syringe 4 includes: a cylinder body 42 with a support part 45 formed at one end in the axial direction a plunger 43 reciprocating axially in the cylinder body 42 and an operation part 44 rotatable around the axis of the plunger 43, with the plunger 43 inserted therein. The plunger 43 includes a male screw part 431 and a plunger groove part 432 formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof. The operation part 44 includes: a female screw part 441 that is engageable with the male screw part 431, formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof and an operation groove part 443A formed on an outer peripheral surface of an operation insertion part 443A.
