A walking assistance device according to the present invention comprises a first assisting part extending from a part corresponding to a hip joint of a user to a part corresponding to an ankle joint of a user and including a single first pneumatic operating part assisting the walking of a first leg part and a first moving part capable of having a sliding movement along the longitudinal direction according to the first pneumatic operating part. Furthermore, the present invention comprises a second assisting part extending from the part corresponding to the hip joint of the user to the part corresponding to the ankle joint of the user and including a single second pneumatic operating part assisting the walking of a second leg part and a second moving part capable of having a sliding movement along the longitudinal direction according to a second pneumatic operating part. In addition, the present invention comprises a connecting part connecting the part corresponding to a hip joint in the first assisting part and the part corresponding to a hip joint in the second assisting part to each be able to rotate； a first sole supporting part connected to the part corresponding to the ankle joint of the user in the first assisting part to be able to rotate； and a second sole supporting part connected to the part corresponding to the ankle joint of the user in the second assisting part to be able to rotate.본 발명에 의한 보행 보조 장치는, (1) 제1 다리부의 보행을 보조하며 단일의 제1 공압 구동부와 상기 제1 공압 구동부에 의해 길이 방향을 따라 슬라이딩 운동이 가능한 제1 이동부를 포함하며, 이용자의 고관절에 대응하는 부분부터 이용자의 발목 관절에 대응하는 부분까지 연장하는 제1 보조부와, (2) 제2 다리부의 보행을 보조하며 단일의 제2 공압 구동부와 상기 제2 공압 구동부에 의해 길이 방향을 따라 슬라이딩 운동이 가능한 제2 이동부를 포함하며, 이용자의 고관절에 대응하는 부분부터 이용자의 발목 관절에 대응하는 부분까지 연장하는 제2 보조부와, (3) 상기 제1 보조부에서 이용자의 고관절에 대응하는 부분 및 상기 제2 보조부에서 이용자의 고관절에 대응하는 부분이 각각 회동 가능하게 연결되는 연결부와, (4) 상기 제1 보조부에서 이용자의 발목 관절에 대응하는 부분에 회동 가능하게 연결되는 제1 발바닥 지지부와, (5) 상기 제2 보조부에서 이용자의 발목 관절에 대응하는 부분에 회동 가능하게 연결되는 제2 발바닥 지지부를 포함한다.
