Novel testosterone undecanoate (TU) formulations are disclosed in which TU is incorporated into proliposomal powder dispersions of TU and distearoyl phosphatidylcholine (DSPC). The proliposomal powder dispersions of the invention can also be combined with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, and incorporated into enterically coated oral dosage forms that are useful for testosterone replacement therapy.本案揭示一種新穎之十一酸睪固酮(TU)調配物,其中TU加入TU與二硬脂醯基磷脂醯膽鹼 (DSPC)的前體脂質體粉末分散物中。本發明之前體脂質體粉末分散物亦可與藥學上可接受之賦形劑組合,並加入可用於睪固酮替代療法之經腸溶衣塗覆之口服劑型中。(無)
